CAROL COOPER GRI – Sales Associate:
Carol has been a full time licensed Realtor© since 1977 and is a long time resident of Lakeport. She is a “Past President” of the Clear Lake Board of Realtors©, a consistent member of the multi-million dollar club, holds the prestigious GRI – Graduate Realtors© Institute designation, and is a past member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
Carol is a Past Chairperson of the Lake County Regional MLS and Professional Standards Committee. She is also a member of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis International, and serves as a mediator for the Lake County Dispute Resolution Service.
COLLEEN HENNINGER – Sales Associate:
Colleen is a long time resident of Lake County. She has three wonderful children, a 120 pound German Shepard and her high school best friend as her husband. She enjoyed working with the public as a flight attendant for 26 years. This love of people was one of the many reason she became a real estate agent.

JOAN LININGER – Sales Associate:
Joan has been a Realtor in picturesque Lake County for approximate 15 years, residing in Lake County on a permanent basis since 1970 after many years of being a weekender during the summer months.
In prior years she enjoyed working in the Retail Nursery Business. She and her husband owned a beautiful Retail Nursery here in Lake County, on a 2 acre parcel studded with natural ancient Black Oak trees. The plant material grouped among the oaks was a beautiful park-like experience. (Perhaps she can give you couple of ideas for plants in your new home!)
She thoroughly enjoys the opportunity of giving new residents a pleasant experience when finding and buying their new Lake County home.
NANCY O’ROURKE – Sales Associate:
Nancy was born in San Francisco and grew up in the Bay Area. She, her husband and two children moved to Lakeport in 1970. Nancy worked for the Lakeport School District until 1974 when she became a licensed realtor. She has worked actively in real estate sales in the Lakeport area for the past 36 years.
SUSAN SCHLICHER – Broker
Sue was raised in Massachusetts and after attending college in Maine, moved to Northern California in 1963. She has been married for 46 years and in 1976 my husband Walter, our two children and I moved to Lakeport – one of the best things she’s ever done!
Sue has been a licensed real estate agent for over 28 years and has been with City Center Realty for more than 14 years. In September, with the untimely death of the broker Byron Whipple, she became the broker owner of City Center Realty. It is her aim to maintain the same high quality of service that has been City Center Realty for over 30 years.
